About the event
Set time aside on your Sunday afternoon for a live sound bath to support a deep journey inward. Come resonate with a variety of healing sounds and vibrations: gongs, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, charango, flutes & other indigenous instruments. Allow these instruments' frequencies to create connections, openings and remembrance. Surrender and align with your highest self.
Everyone is welcome- those new to sound and meditation, as well as experienced meditators.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye cover and anything else that you need to be comfortable and fully relax. You'll want to be cozy.
